For years, I have been a faithful green tea drinker. The first thing I do when I get to work is head for the break room to get my hot water. I’ve read and heard about the amazing benefits of green tea, but honestly… it never made me feel any different.
One day I switched to Lipton’s Magnificent Matcha and suddenly there was a perceptible change. I didn’t put two and two together at first… not until I came by a You Tube video about the different uses of tea. Magnificent Matcha doesn’t have a whole lot of green tea powder, but it got me thinking… what it I switched to organic matcha powder instead?
Everyone knows that green tea is antioxidant-rich, but matcha claims to have many more benefits: enhance concentration, calms, boost memory and concentration, increase energy, burn calories, detoxifies, and much more. With all these wonderful qualities, I couldn’t help but give it a try.
Now, I assumed all of that was verified by the “right” people, but I wanted to know if it would work for me. The results are in……YES! It does.
Everyone knows I hate traffic and have a little road rage from time to time. But the past few commutes have been pretty much stress free and I am attributing that to my daily 2 ounces of matcha green tea powder.
Not only am I road rage-free, but I’m energized and focused. Goodbye Red Bull (everyone has been telling me to give it up anyway.)
If you haven’t tried matcha green tea powder, I suggest you do. Here is the Amazon link to the tea I bought.
In addition, I want to congratulate my book giveaway winners. The Amazon Kindle e-book winners are Kristy Metchell, Leslie Oswin, and Martha Kester, who have all claimed their copies. The Goodreads signed paperback winners are Rebecca Johnson and Tejas Tavernie. I will put your copies in the mail this weekend.
Thanks to everyone who entered and to everyone who has purchased copies. Stay awesome and stay safe.
Peace and Love to All
